The application process for the 2008 applicants
Applications for the 2008 Hoc Mai Foundation Scholarships are being invited from medical, nursing and allied health professionals from Danang General Hospital, Hue Medical College, Tu Du Hospital, Thai Binh Medical College, Hanoi Medical University affiliated hospitals including National Hospital Paediatrics, Bach Mai Hospital, Viet Duc Hospital, K Hospital and The National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
For the 2008 scholarships, special consideration will be given to the applications from speciality clinical teams of medical, nursing and allied health professionals who wish to undertake the learning opportunity together.
Each individual scholarship includes the airfare, accommodation, travel insurance and a living allowance which enables health professionals to observe in major teaching hospitals in Sydney, Melbourne, Tweed Heads and Tasmania.
Applications must include:
Curriculum Vitae including a photograph of the applicant
A letter outlining why you should be a successful scholarship recipient
A document that outlines clear and concise personal learning goals for the scholarship opportunity and identifies how the new knowledge will be implemented into your workplace
2 letters of reference
Copy of certificate as proof of proficiency in English (IELTS or TOEFL score)
Evidence of Immunization status if possible

2nd year medical students
The Học Mãi Foundation scholarships for 2nd year medical students are only available to students from the Northern Clinical School, University of Sydney

Applications are invited from Med 3 students from all clinical schools within the University of Sydney for a number of scholarships to undertake elective term projects in Vietnam.
